Wedding season 2026–27 in Pakistan — what's already booked and what's left
We open peak-season bookings (October 2026 through February 2027) in February each year. As of May 2026, here's where availability stands across our three halls — and the realistic booking timeline for the rest of the season.
The fast-moving slots
Saturdays in November + December
**Royal Garden Saturdays**: 8 of 9 weekends already booked. November 28 still open; everything else in November and December has both Friday-Saturday and Saturday-Sunday clusters confirmed.
**Royal Hall Saturdays**: 6 of 9 weekends booked; November 14, December 5, and December 19 still open.
**Garden Hall Saturdays**: 5 of 9 weekends booked — more flexibility here because Garden Hall is sized for mehndi and engagement events, where booking lead times are shorter.
Sundays in January + February
**Royal Garden Sundays**: only 3 of 8 confirmed; the rest are open. January and February Sundays are the most under-booked slot in peak season — book now if your wedding date is flexible.
**Royal Hall Sundays**: 4 of 8 booked. January 24 and February 7 are popular dates we expect to fill in the next 4 weeks.
**Garden Hall Sundays**: 2 of 8 booked. Engagement/mehndi events drive these; expect them to fill by August.
Off-season (April–September)
We have **very broad availability** April through September — only 3 weekends fully booked across all three halls. The off-season **15% discount on Gold and Silver packages** still applies through September 2027.
Realistic booking timelines
**Royal Garden Saturday in November or December**: book by **March of the same year**. Anything after April is opportunistic — typically only cancellations are available, and at full pricing.
**Royal Hall Saturday in October or January**: book by **April–May**. Slightly more flexibility than Royal Garden because the demographic is broader.
**Garden Hall any peak weekend**: book by **June–July**. Mehndi and engagement events are decided 3–4 months ahead, so Garden Hall fills slower.
**Royal Garden Saturday in October–February for the FOLLOWING year**: we open these slots in **February** of the year before (so February 2027 for the 2027–28 season). Returning-client priority booking opens 30 days earlier.
**Any package + off-season**: 6–10 weeks ahead is usually enough. Off-season Saturday Royal Garden in April: probably available with 2 weeks' notice; not guaranteed.
What we recommend for each event type
- Big-budget barat (350+ guests): book Royal Garden 8–10 months ahead.
- Mid-budget barat (250 guests): book Royal Hall 6 months ahead.
- Intimate barat (under 200 guests): book Garden Hall 4 months ahead.
- Mehndi (any size): 3–4 months ahead works.
- Engagement / nikkah: 3 months ahead works.
- Corporate / aqeeqa / dholki: 4–6 weeks ahead is fine in off-season; 8 weeks in peak.
What to do if you can't get the date you want
**Option 1**: Take the Friday before. Friday-Saturday cluster events are very common in Lahore now; many guests prefer Friday weddings because the weekend isn't lost to travel.
**Option 2**: Take the same weekend at a different hall. We can convert a Royal Garden enquiry to Royal Hall + adjacent decor upgrade so the look is preserved.
**Option 3**: Take an off-season date and use the 15% saving on a premium upgrade — better catering, custom décor, or a Friday + Saturday cluster.
